Acton & Co were instructed to investigate ongoing water ingress affecting the property. We carried out detailed assessments to identify the root causes of the leaks and provided recommendation to remedy the issue.
Our team undertook a programme of Stock Condition Surveys for Local Authority, assessing over 300 residential properties. Our inspections captured the condition, priority repairs, lifecycle considerations and compliance risk across the portfolio.
Acton & Co prepared a detailed dilapidations assessment to support lease-end negotiation. Our approach and early engagement helped achieved a fair settlement and smooth handover for both landlord and tenant.
We carried out a full building survey in Kensington, providing advice on the external and internal works required to bring the building up to standard.
